The guides and drivers of Santiago Tour have already been vaccinated against COVID.
It is a time to be supportive, attentive, and to work together, in order to return to a state of normality.
From the beginning of this crisis, we have stood by our clients, refunding without delay and to a large extent the advance payments, facing uncertainty and the impossibility of making the trip. We have kept a minimum advance while the new dates of these trips remain to be defined.
We are a local travel agency, which deals directly with the client, and takes all responsibility. Proof of our attitude and actions during this period of time stand the most recent reviews on TripAdvisor.
On December 27, Romania started the vaccination campaign along with the rest of the EU, while Serbia for example started on December 24. Gradually, the travel industry will start operating again without restrictions.
In today’s challenging reality, we are taking the following actions:
✅ Disinfect thoroughly our vehicles
✅ Equip our drivers with masks
✅ Maintain the physical distance
✅ Dispensers with sanitizer for our passengers
✅ Thermometer (infrared, no contact) for monitoring our drivers and passengers’ health
We are constantly evaluating and taking measures to better adapt and we are fully prepared for tourism. Please write to us for any idea or travel project.
Thank you!
Santiago Tour team.
